Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of the We Trust service. Please read them carefully.

Last updated: August 13, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between We Trust Systems LLC (“We Trust”, “we”, “us”) and the business or individual accessing the Service (“Customer”, “you”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

We Trust provides a managed, bilingual (English/Spanish) AI voice receptionist that answers inbound calls, books, reschedules, and cancels appointments in a Customer’s connected calendar, transfers calls to a human when appropriate, and captures after-hours callback requests. Features may evolve over time. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service, and will use reasonable efforts to notify Customers of material changes.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You represent that you are authorized to bind the business you register on behalf of and to connect the calendar and booking accounts you link to the Service.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

  • use the Service for unlawful, deceptive, or fraudulent purposes;
  • violate telephone, marketing, consumer-protection, or call-recording laws applicable to your calls and jurisdiction;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying systems;
  • use the Service to collect sensitive information it is not designed to handle, including unnecessary protected health information; or
  • infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

You are responsible for the content of your configuration, your calls, and for providing any notices or obtaining any consents required from your callers.

4. Third-party integrations

The Service connects to third-party providers such as Google, Microsoft, Square, GoHighLevel, and Calendly. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and their availability is outside our control. You authorize We Trust to access and act on those services solely to provide the scheduling features you enable.

5. Fees

Fees, billing frequency, and any usage limits are set out in your order or subscription plan. Except where required by law or expressly stated, fees are non-refundable. We may change pricing on renewal with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all right, title, and interest in the Service, including its software, models, and branding. You retain ownership of your business data and appointment records. You grant us a limited license to process that data solely to provide and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every call will be answered or every appointment booked correctly.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NEITHER PARTY WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold We Trust harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms or applicable law, including claims related to your calls, your callers, or your configuration.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate for material breach that remains uncured after reasonable notice. You may stop using the Service and disconnect integrations at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will handle your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [the State of Florida, USA], without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Miami-Dade County, Florida], except where prohibited by law.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, by notifying Customers. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
